Centreland Park comprises 24ha of prime industrial land located in the hub of the Melbourne Industrial market. The Estate which is due to open in late 2015 will comprise 13 industrial lots ranging in size from 2,500 sqm to 100,000 sqm accommodating warehouse areas from 1,500 sqm. right through to 50,000 sqm distribution centres.
